Day 3: From Athens to Karpathos
See you soon Athens, it's time to go to Karpathos! A transfer will take you to the Airport of Athens where you will take the flight to Karpathos, a Dodecanese island of untamed, unspoilt beauty shaped by winds, customs, and centuries-old traditions. Karpathos cherishes its heritage, as seen by its historic acropolis, caverns, churches, and even traditional clothes. The backdrop is stunning in every way: breathtaking panoramas from pristine, clifftop and mountaintop settlements that defy gravity, and a terrible battering from the wind to keep a cautious eye on the Aegean. Day 4 & 5: Explore Karpathos
What to do: - Head to Olymbos, a timeless village in the north - Travel through the colourful history of Karpathos - Discover manners and customs alive and unspoiled - Beach-hopping: Apella's award-winning sandy crescent is the most picturesque beach on Karpathos and a candidate for best in the Dodecanese. Emerald seas will also entice you to visit Kyra Panagia, Ahata, Lefkos, and Ammopi, to name a few. - Hit some hiking trails
Day 6: Free day in Karpathos
Enjoy the paradisiac beaches of Karpathos.
Day 7: Back to Athens
It's time to say goodbye to the island and go back to Athens by flight. Take the opportunity to visit what you hadn't time in the first day and maybe explore the not soo famous neighbourhoods, for example the anarchic Exarcheia or Kerameikos with their grafitis. Night in Athens
Day 8: Goodbye Greece
